J. Jiang, Y. Tan
Pages: 151-160

Abstract:

In emergency cases, public bicycles can be used for evacuating unexpected abrupt passengers. In order to describe this issue closely to practical problem, the parameters for the bicycle demands and travelling time are set as triangle fuzzy numbers. Therefore, this paper introduces the method of triangle fuzzy programming to resolve how to dispatch the bicycles to fulfill the demands in the shortest time. Corresponding fuzzy model is set as well as the solution methods. Through case study, we find this problem can be successfully resolved and the result can improve the reliability for application of this issue.
